They always allow the homeless to sit inside. Use the restroom and destroy the restroom. I come in from time to time to get a coffee or use the restroom. I work 40+ hours a week and sometimes I can't make it home to use the restroom.

They still don't clean the bathroom and the bathroom is still always out of toilet paper. The workers still bang on the bathroom like EVERYONE is on drugs. They have a so called 15 minute time limit on the use of the bathroom but bang on the bathroom door if you're in the bathroom more than 5 minutes if someone is waiting on the bathroom.

1 of the employees at this location likes to move peoples personal belongings without the individuals permission so he can match chairs. I wonder how the Starbucks employees would feel if someone went behind the counter going through the cash register?

The district manager has a problem with me for taking a picture of their employee after that employee touched my personal belongings on 3/2/24. Starbucks is a public space I can video record and take ALL the pictures I want. Now the district manager is going to report my review. ALL BECAUSE I'M BRUTALLY HONEST. Oh some more honesty. And to be blunt WITHOUT ANY profanity, some of them other homeless folks NEVER buy ANYTHING. Always buying outside food and bringing it into Starbucks. I can't recall ANY moment I have ever been disruptive. Maybe twice was asked to keep it down. That was like 8 months ago. I also have purchased coffee when I could. With my hard earned money. I'm not a sit down type guy in other words when I say hard earned it's HARD EARNED!
P.S. I'LL JUST SHOP AT ANOTHER COFFEE BISTRO INSTEAD OF STARBUCKS!!

This store is continuously allowing homeless to congregate in the store and harass other paying patrons. I was approached for money in the store today. Also a barista was being nosy into my conversation, and it was none of her concern.

Should be called the Homeless Shelter/Drug Self-Injection Site. About 20-30% of people are actual paying customers who are treated to a disgusting bathroom at all times, extended periods when the bathroom is not available as people are shooting up and getting high inside, and the smells of urine and God knows what else. I have a lot of compassion for the homeless and am happy they have a place to go but to cater to their habits at this extent is insane.

Aesthetically attractive interior and window design, and, as a remote employee, I get a lot of work done here on my laptop. I don't mind a decent amount of noise. However, the cleanliness of the store is suspect. Otherwise, the staff is really nice, and I would recommend.
