This Starbucks is located inside of the student center at Temple University, which can get really busy during lunch hours. The staffs can turn into big bullies during these hours. This afternoon one of the staff basically yelled so loud for everyone to hear - telling me to back off and that she can not make my order, since she is busy with something else, hence seconds after she asked me how can I help you? - I felt so perplexed and embarrassed. It is so ironic that this happened on my campus ground, where I should feel most comfortable.
I believe theres a miscommunication during the transaction exchange period, but theres no need for such an aggressive conduct.

The person at the register was rude. I had to greet the employees more than twice before receiving a greeting back, Ordering my coffee was a task the guy could not follow my order. I always get no ice and a cup of ice on the side but here they do not fill your cup not even to the top of the cup if you do not have ice. BEWARE BEFORE GOING HERE there are better locations surrounding this one! I inserted a photo I havent even sipped it yet and its barely a sip there .

I had a pleasant experience, and I was so apprehensive because of all the bad reviews lol but everyone was nice just like the typical Starbucks even though it was crazy lunch hour on a weekday.

I know its run by college students but the service was terrible. It was like they were mad at me for ordering. Then two of our drinks were missing the essentials ingredients that make the drink. How do you have a pink drink without the berries? How do you enjoy a frapp without whipped cream? I would have ordered something else if they told me they were out of those things.

Sometimes theyre out of what I want to order, but usually theyll at least have *something* I like (so just make sure you have second and even third choices in mind in case they dont have what you want!), the service is quick (at least when I go, in the late afternoon), the tables are usually fairly clean, and I like the Student Center its located in.
The customer service isnt exactly the nicest though, as most of the other reviewers pointed out, so if you find them to be pretty rude, just know its nothing personal! Theres also a Saxbys on campus, so if you want polite customer service you could always go there instead!
