Dunkin'

Went to this DD for the first time. Ordered a hot French Vanilla cappuccino and was told they do not sell hot cappuccinos! They were very rude when I mentioned its on the menu. The staff said that they only sell cold cappuccinos. How does this happen? This location is definitely losing money.

I'm really surprised that this store has a mediocre review rating. I went there after a VERY bad experience at the WADSWORTH AND CHELTENHAM AVENUES store. Upon arriving in the STENTON AVE store, I was immediately greeted with "good morning and how can I help you?" And I got the same from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE that I encountered! happily paid a little bit more. I would trade a lower price with disrespect for a higher price with cheerful and happy respect in a heartbeat . Keep up the good work! STENTON AVE DUNKIN DONUTS deserves my repeat business.

I visited this Dumkin location on Stenton Ave just before Mt Airy Avenue in Philadelphia. PA. I was passed a cup of coffee from the drive-thru window which had coffee rolling down the side of it. I refused it and pointed out the problem. The man at the window turned the cup around to see the problem then grabbed another cup, went away frim the window and I guess he poured the coffee into a new cup. It was a lot less full but whatever. They offered no apology and act as if "you did something wrong "

I work right near this Dunkin so I pop over for lunch some days. They always make awesome breakfast sandwiches. Had to leave a five star review for the staff in there doing good work even when there's a long line. I appreciate it!
