The employees are very friendly, it seems like they have some new employees who are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with my drink order this time and I know that Im a bit particular. I appreciate their help! I switched to going here from the competition. I found small coffee shops to be more money for less coffee and Dunkin offers a better value than Starbucks. I do hope that Dunkin Donuts bring back the plant based breakfast sandwiches on the menu! I absolutely love the donuts, but I would love to see healthier plant based options too! I enjoy going to Dunkin!

This is the second time I ordered from here I asked for a cappuccino like always they gave me regular coffee I was wondering why it was made so quick they always mess up my order

I want to start off by saying I have been getting coffee here every morning for the past 2 years and have always been super pleased with the service. The employees are extremely friendly and the service is ridiculously fast. However, I got a coffee and after drinking most of it realized there was a cockroach in it when all the ice melted. The lid was on it and the coffee was in my hand the entire time, zero chance it crawled in there while I was drinking it. I called to let them know and they were very apologetic and offered me a free coffee. The employees are great, but this is very gross and unsanitary. I declined the free coffee because cockroaches and unfortunately won't be going here anymore.

Pretty standard Dunkin Donuts. Food came out quickly and tasted great.
