Today a girl didn't let me try on clothes saying that they were already closed even when it was 25 minutes to 7pm, she did it simply because she didn't want to work. Terrible attention on their part and a waste of time having to come and select the clothes if I am not going to be able to check if it is my correct size. They should fire their lazy employees. The girl was a tall brunette in charge of the fitting room, super arrogant.

Do not shop at this store. H&M should have kept my bag but instead without care gave it away. H&M ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS BUT WANT YOU TO SHOP THERE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY. H&M could of kept my bag but had to give it to someone else that lost my bag I DID NOT LEAVE MY BAG AT ANYBODY ELSE STORE H&M has no clue who they pass my bag off to.. when I asked they said they did not have my bag how disgusting to be there just to receive money and not care about anything else. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE.
