Stopped by the Verizon store at 23rd & Oregon to pick up my devices. Daniella was a big help, she didnt several hours with me transferring my account from my old service to Verizon, transferred all my info, and made sure my phone was working before I left, called customer service for me to make sure everything was perfect. She handled everything from beginning to end. I really do appreciate her help today. Give her a raise!

My experience was great. Since I'm not tech savvy, and I'm an older person, I definitely needed help. Wayne was awesome. He help me navigate the new phone. He found all the promotions, discounts & coupons for me and he answered my many questions. He was extremely knowledgeable which put me at ease through the entire process. He took care of transferring all my info from the old phone to the new phone. He was so pleasant, friendly & easy going. He was a joy to work with.

I came in after a long day at work and kenny and nate took real good care of me no diddy . Made getting my iphone 15 smooth and easy . The management team is top teir as well

I just switched over to Verizon after 16 years of being with T-Mobile. I received swift, informative care and Omar took the time to help me with my many, many questions and concerns. I highly recommend Omar and Wayne for any questions you have or help you need.
