        RIP-OFF! They only care about the sale. Young guy behind the counter was focused on sports program. I had to ask repeatedly for him to turn down the volume. I was CHARGED DOUBLE FEES FOR A PHONE. The $25 fee to setup AND A RESTOCK FEE to change phones after 3 days!! Policy differs from that of other Cricket stores. He stated it was the "corporate policy." He lied. We checked other Cricket stores and their policy does not include a double charge!! Bought the phone as a reasonably priced alternative for an elderly family member, which became very expensive!! Avoid this store.
