The service provided by William, Grant, and Brandon was quick, friendly, and demonstrated superior quality. Brandon performed an exceptional job. My carpet needed a deep cleaning, and that's exactly what Brandon provided. He worked so efficiently that the carpet now looks as fresh as when we had it installed twenty eight years ago in our Philadelphia home. Shortly after reaching out to Eli Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Tanner showed up at our home. He was incredibly professional, making sure to clearly explain the company's policies and any potential guarantees. However, due to some heavy stains on our carpet, the guarantee wouldn't apply. Tanner suggested that we might want to consider a deep carpet cleaning service to fully evaluate and address the damage. We weren't in a position to afford that at this time, but Tanner reassured us that this option would still be available at a later date if we decided to go for it. Tanner was polite and ensured that I was fully informed about the situation. He was also helpful in moving a heavy piece of furniture from the carpet area and returned it to its original place once the service was completed. If we need more carpet cleaning in the future, I would definitely recommend Tanner and request his services again.
