I have been using Alex's Philadelphia Cleaning Services for a few months now and they are doing a great job of cleaning my house. I highly recommend them. I give them a list of what needs to be done and they do a great job. I love coming home from work to a clean house.

I used Alex's cleaning services for a pre move-in apartment cleaning first. After the cleaning person had left I was disappointed in the work, told Alex, and he offered to have someone else come back to fix it which I really appreciated. I then had this service do another pre move-in apartment cleaning for me since the issue had been fixed last time and the owner had been so responsive, but again I was disappointed. The apartment was completely empty and it took 5 hours to clean, but it was still incredibly dirty - surfaces still dusty and not wiped down, completely missed spots - on an empty apartment! I don't know what took 5 hours. Again Alex offered to fix it, but I can't waste my time having multiple people come and do a simple cleaning job, it should be done right the first time, especially since this had already happened to me as a client before!
