        I have unfortunately found Dr. Poll to be an inadequate physician over the past year. Perhaps he once was at the top of his field but my experiences have indicated he is no longer and needs a review for competency. A loved one of my is under his care and on numerous occasions has needed prescription refills, return calls regarding test results, and more. The greater majority of these routine patient care needs were not met without weeks of repeated calls and continued requests to office staff. Currently, Dr. Poll has not responded to several requests from other health systems for cardiac medical clearance to stop a particular medication or not before an invasive procedure. Therefore he is now causing great delay in my loved ones needed surgery, Time is critical in this matter! . I am next going to call the medical board to report this matter and concern.
