Do not go here if you want to keep your tires. I have the gauges on my tires that let me know if my air is running low. It for some reason didnt occur to them that it may get caught in their mechanism (as every other car wash place I go to this has never been a problem). My car kept getting stuck inside the car wash, (and it already took a lot of courage to go through this car wash as I have a fear of enclosed spaces). By the time it was done, one of the gauges was bent, and the guy told me not to touch it as it was bent at the part that could deflate the tire. Being disabled and dependent on my car with limited income, I was calm but angry. Not only did they still charge me for the car wash (which was OKAY, as I usually go to the one on Spring Garden), but he didnt offer any type of sympathy, a courtesy wash or any remedy except for a new tire I now have to buy because the piece came off and I now have a flat tire. If you value your car and like when people have empathy or take responsibility for their mistakes of liability, or even being communicative with the customer to tell me to remove them beforehand I wouldnt be facing a new tire bill during inflation. I will never go back here, and you shouldnt either of you value your car and customer service. Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming
