        I LOVE how they valet the cars for you. All of the people who work there are actually friendly, understanding, and nice (unlike the people at Avis/Budget on 13th and Arch). Would highly recommend!

        The staff at the Hertz 1700 Ben Franklin Parkway were kind and courteous. The rental car provided for the seven days was better than what I expected. It drove beautifully and the interior was of the highest quality. I will highly recommend them!

        Fantastic service provided by Zaneerah! Zaneerah stayed 30 mins past close to help resolve several issues with my reservation and got me set up with my car and on my way efficiently. 5/5 stars!

        Drop off was too too easy. The guy scanned the tag and I was on my way. Didn't even have to go inside. Very nice a little too convenient tho...still no receipt in my email as promised. So I'm just waiting
