SARA, JAMES, & OKIE WERE THE MOST PATIENT, HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING, KIND , KNOWLEDGEABLE, NON PUSHY SALES REP, MANAGER, FINANCE DEPT EVEEEEEERRRR I WAS A VERY DIFFICULT CUSTOMER AND THEY TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME TO GET ME THE EXACT CAR I WANTED EVEN WITH THE CREDIT I HAD . IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TRUSTWORTHY CAR DEALERSHIP ID HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE BYBERRY

I had a car ready for purchase on 3-14-24, ready for pick up on 3-15-24 with a cashiers check, only to be told that morning of 3-15 a mistake was made & the car was already sold. You want to believe it was an honest mistake, until the supervisor told me I had the better deal because I was paying cash. The mistake buyer is financing. Any car dealers reading this? The supervisor lied to me after they pulled the rug out from under me. Dealers make more $$ financing, not buying cash. Never again at Enterprise car sales, Byberry Rd, Far Northeast Philadelphia.
