My Daughter's Wedding Shop

I rented a suit for me and my son. My suit had spots on pants & my son's had spots on jacket. Both shirts had ink stains. I had to cancell an appointment to bring both suits back. After the owner exchanged the clothing he didn't even consider offering a discount or courtesy for my time, he thought it was appropriate to joke and ask me for $50. Thank God I was taught the right way to respond in a negative situation.

The service is horrible. The sales representative brought our dress out but sat behind the counter during the try on of the dress. She barely spoke to me about the alterations or the next steps. I love the dress/dresses. I just didn't like the customer service.

If I could have given a negative score I would have! We ordered a custom suit three months before the wedding and showed the picture multiple times to make sure the grooms tux was the one we chose. We were assured it was...went the week before to make another order and showed the picture again for the millionth time and was reassured us that's the tux. When we came it was a totally different tux. This is two days before the wedding and wanted to charge a cancelation fee! I will never go here again money hungry liars
