The Wedding Factor

I read a review suggesting "Lucinda for president" and I thought it was a little extreme - after shopping with her for my wedding dress, it's 100% accurate. The customer service here was absolutely incredible. I got the platinum appointment to make sure all of my guests could attend, and they were just absolutely incredible. We had snacks and champagne, and Lucinda was so knowledgable about every dress they had in the store. She immediately knew which dresses would flatter my body and listened when I told her my style and vision. I'd 100% recommend The Wedding Factor and Lucinda to any new fiancee!

I had the best experience finding my dress with Sarah. She listened carefully to each of my preferences and requests throughout the process and was very respectful, professional, and personable. I would definitely recommend!

I left my appointment without purchasing a dress. However, I did not appreciate my consultant spamming my phone days after my appointment with photos of me in the dress that I was considering. It came off super tacky and pushy. My fiance was sitting on the couch right next to me as the photos of me were popping up in the wedding gown, super upsetting that a consultant went about trying to make a sale in this way.

Lucinda WAS AMAZING! I purchased my wedding dress from The Wedding Factor last week. My perfect experience started with a lovely call from Lucinda the night before my appointment. I ended the call feeling welcomed and supported, and the feeling remained during my appointment. The Wedding Factor has a great selection of dresses and has options for different budgets. Also, I am getting married in five months. For a small fee, they were able to rush my dress.

I have nothing but the best things to say about The Wedding Factor. I found the bridal shop somewhat last minute before I had my other two appointments scheduled for next weekend at other boutiques. I was in love with the designer dresses they had online and knew I just had to book an appointment to see if I found my dream dress here. I had the best experience as soon as I walked in, everyone was just so friendly and welcoming. Lucy was the best and so patient with me, I couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me with my dress shopping experience. From the minute she greeted me, she was so attentive and made sure I felt comfortable at all times. Towards the end of the appointment, I was so caught between two dresses that I couldnt seem to decide between. Lucy never gave up to making sure I said yes to the one dress I was going to be 100% sure on and so she pulled out one more dress last minute that was the blend of two dresses that I was so indecisive about and as soon as I tried it on, I just knew this was the one! I ended up saying yes to my dress! Thank you so much Lucy!!! If youre searching for your wedding dress, I highly recommend booking an appointment at this bridal shop, you wont regret!
