This boutique is so cute! I discovered "Pretty On You" at the Rittenhouse Festival this past spring and knew I had to stop in for a visit. I live in the city and have popped in several times to shop. I have found some unique and versatile pieces as well as fun accessories. The owners of this boutique are so kind and will go the extra mile to help you pick out the perfect outfit. It's a shame that Philly doesn't have a lot of clothing boutiques anymore, but this local women-owned business is a gem and definitely worth checking out!
