I had been wanting to get to this coffee and bookstore for awhile and I had a mixed experience. I met someone there and as we entered the store, there was no greeting or acknowledgement from the person behind the counter. I understand that everyone doesn't have to be bubbling, but to come into an establishment and not have some type of greeting afforded to you, is just bad manners. I did enjoy the earl grey tea that I ordered as well as the ambiance of the bookstore.
