This place is horrible! I came in as a new donor at 7am with hardly anyone inside, actually waited for the doors to open becauseI arrived at 6:51am. We get inside this establishment and IMMEDIATELY the manager on duty was "too busy" to update a password for a system one of the employees couldnt log into for new donors. If you dont desperately need the money and you're just doing it to help, go somewhere else.

They are hella rude, called to ask questions and got hung up on while I was still speaking, they let people sleep while donating which is very dangerous and they dont take care of their patients

Do any one know how to get in touch with there cooperate office. This place needs to be reported in the hire ethics n also work ethics. Are horrible. And no one seems to care how they treat they new hired employees. They need to be reported if someone have the correct number to they cooperate offices. It would be appreciated. There's no one they should not be written up

Today is my 3rd time coming to this plasma center. Im use to the ones in Florida but this will do. The staff are kind. Its just really packed on some days.
