Emma was very nice! It was my first time at a Glossier store. I purchased the mint balm based on her and other shoppers suggestions and love it! (Safe to say I am trading my daily Carmax for the mint balm because I didnt need to constantly replenish it while walking around in cold weather.)

I have recently purchased two items at Glossier and I like the products very much, however the packaging can be improved. I purchased an eye shadow and I could not figure out how to open it and I struggled and even called the local store. Finally I went on you tube and there was actually more than one video put out by other customers on how to open the eye shadow! Clearly I was not alone in experiencing this problem. So I carried on and didnt write you about that. However ,more recently, I purchased lipstick and the top comes off in my purse and lipstick all over the inside of my purse! I put the top on and it just comes back off! Just giving you a heads up.I think it's a simple packaging fix in both cases. I won't buy again
