Really love their products but felt low key disrespected by the Caucasian and Asian associates who were working there at the time they laughed at me. The associate put on an air like I already knew the products when asking. Love the manager and products they offer, customer service left to be desired though.

Sales associates here are theives who stole my Stanley cup and fitness heart rate monitor. I will be escalating this to corporate since Tia ( not sure if this is her real name since no name tag was worn) who is allegedly the store manager was present and involved in the incident today in which over $250 in items were taken. I have also filed a police report since this is absolutely unacceptable. My entire experience at this store was absolutely horrible from the moment I walked in. We shopped at Aesop for the first time while traveling in Sydney Australia and loved it. I can say with certainty that the employees here are not good representatives of the brand. I went to the store to purchase hand soap and incenses directly after my fitness class with zero stops in between. I had my Stanley cup with my heart rate monitor attached to it in hand when entering the store. I asked the sales associate Destiny ( this is her name per my reciept) for the Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash but she rudely insisted that no such hand wash exists and it is only sold as a hand balm. Confused, as I purchased this before in Australia, I picked up the bottle and read it to her asking if I could buy the hand wash that I was holding. After several minutes, she begrudgingly located it for purchase. It is bizarre that Destiny does not know what is sold at the store or what the names of the products are and it seems that some retraining is needed. At checkout , I brought my Stanley cup with heart rate monitor attached to the register and placed it down while preparing to pay. Since Destiny spoke in an aggressive and condescending tone, the entire $91 transaction was uncomfortable so we rushed to leave the store without realizing I left my cup/ heart rate monitor behind. After about 3 minutes I realized I left my items at the store and returned to be told that my cup was never there ( this is false and I would encourage upper management to check cameras because its likely that they are stealing merchandise as well ) and then I was berated by Tia after telling her that my items could not have been misplaced anywhere else. She escalated the situation by being really disrespectful and unprofessional so it is alarming that she is the store manager. An overall awful shopping experience at a store like this due to the abysmal customer service. These two women are better suited to work in a warehouse or an establishment where they do not have to interact with the public.

My friend and I went to this store this past Saturday and the salesperson was really helpful! She gave a great recommendation to my friend who was looking for a specific oil. Great service.
