        Luisiany's is the Best Dominican Salon in West Philly , a must get your hair done spot ! Service is on point and will grow your hair down your back , I love the atmosphere and Hairdresser there !!! They are all the best , But have my favorite 1, so go truly find your's there as well ...... You will not be disappointed at all.
