PNC Bank

My law firm is located in this building and we get our paychecks from this bank. I cashed my paycheck and they would not give me small bills only 100s because I am not an account holder. No where will break 100$ bills around here but Twanani said if I was an account holder I could get smaller bills but since Im not that is all I could get. Then they charged way more than the non account holder fee to cash the check. Stay away from this bank.

Guards are rude as hell. They never have more than one person helping and the handicap entrance is locked, so go all the way around to the other one and then all the way across the lobby and hope someone opens the main door because it's heavy.

I came in to open an account because the online service wasnt working for me after the teller had dismissively said that I could just do everything online. Couldnt do it so I returned the next to try and do it in bank, and received zero service. I had checked in on my phone as the sign suggested then still waited over ten minutes to not be helped or even looked at. Honestly this feels like a sign I shouldnt bank at PNC, because Im running into issues at every turn. Think Ill pass.

Have been working to get a copy of title on an auto loan for weeks now. DMV confirms fax sent twice. PNC states they have never received the faxed request. Now driving on expired out of state tags. The title copy is needed to register in new state. Write down the names of every single person you talk to here as they do not seem to keep notes at all. As soon as I get this issue resolved, am refinancing through a local bank. This company is a nightmare to deal with. Never, ever would I recommend anyone to take a loan with this bank.

I wish that Pnc wouldn't take so much out of my account and that it effected me with nothing else to do. I hope that the situation gets better soon.
