Not somtimey always welcome u wit open arms nd a bright smile........others act like they barely wanna speak. Or a nonchalant HELLO. I give this bank 5stars becuz of Wayne nd Lenny..........keep up the GOOD WORK U 2. Wayne nd Lenny.......u guys r doing a marvelous job. Thank u guys 4 always making me feel WELCOME nd I wouldn't have it no other way

        I made an appointment on line; shortly after making the appointment I received a call from Wayne to go over a few options before the appointment. Wayne let me know about a few products and rates I did not know about. Waynes knowledge and customer service were superlative on the phone and continued during our in person appointment. He listened and made recommendations that were appropriate to my needs. I highly recommend Wayne at First Trust Bank.
