If possible, I will give none stars. When you have a problem and need to find them, when you try to call them, if Kelly answers your call, you'd better ask someone else will help you , NOT KELLY.because she is very unfriendly, arrogant, rude and unprofessional. She doesn't want to help her customers,She just want to hang up your phone.can you believe she said she have customer now and hand up your phone when you still talk with her?Am I not your customer? How can she filling she could do this job without her professional, patience, and kindly . That her customer dont want to come back!!!

I went to open a passbook savings account at the Chinatown Location on a Saturday morning and was immediately turned away. Considering that I wanted to work with an asian-backed bank with my assets (which are high), that was a bad move on this banks part. Edit: The management wanted me to talk to them about the experience but they are the ones that mostly caused this so I will decline. I'll take my wealth elsewhere.
