        This branch never has any bankers or available appointments. All I wanted to do is open a savings account and there weren't any solutions to get that done. No help at all.

        I was told if I open a account online I could cash my home owners insurance check so I could put back into my Wells Fargo home mortgage escrow account I been getting the run Around

        They have issues with their card reader and the door doesnt open to the bank always. There is a door bell which you can ring but no one comes to the front to assist you. Poor customer service!!!

        I came in today to open an account because Im new to Philadelphia. And I couldnt believe the young man who decided to speak to me comfortably from his desk with many space between us didn't approach me respectfully. As a potential customer that was extremely rude. And I hate to be the person to say this but I graduated this would not have happened to a WHITE person. Distasteful and unprofessional. Do better!
