The Sweet Life Bakeshop

Found this place after purchasing a surprise bag via the Too Good To Go app. My surprise bag contained one Magic Pudding and one Strawberry Banana Pudding. Parking was a bit of a problem, but hey, they're on South Street, so that shouldn't come as a surprise. Honestly, though, it was well worth the traffic nightmare the day I went as well as the hassle of looking for parking. Oh my goodness!! I may have never heard of The Sweet Life Bakeshop before, but now I don't think I'll ever forget about them. I only tried the 2 items in my surprise bag, but that was all it took to get me hooked. Both were delicious, but that Strawberry Banana Pudding was definitely my favorite. I must go back and try the cupcakes next.

The banana pudding is absolutely divine. Ive had a fair amount of banana pudding and this is among the best. The amount for price is good and it is definitely fresh. The staff was very nice. I highly recommend.

We visited The Sweet Life at the recommendation of a friend to try the banana pudding. We ordered the regular banana pudding, salted caramel banana pudding, and a vegan cupcake. The puddings were to die for! The cake part of the cupcake was delicious but the frosting was very hard and had no flavor. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful, even though the shop was busy. I would still recommend this little shop for desserts :)

I got a Good To Go surprise bag from here. It contained 4 cupcakes. Im not sure what flavor they were but they were delicious and very moist! We couldnt leave without trying the banana pudding too so I bought that as well. They are $4 for a small and $8 for a large. The strawberry banana pudding was amazing! My bf said it was so good that it changed the pace of his day. We devoured it in under 10 minutes. The cashier and bakers in the back were very friendly and the cashier carefully packed our bag. I would definitely recommend this shop.
