This is the greatest shop Ive ever been to so far and Im blessed to have found them. They are very knowledgeable, fair, understanding, and most importantly, honest. The owner is very passionate when it comes to fixing any issues you may have and very willing to explain what was going wrong with the car in detail. Ive learned so much just from the conversations that we have. Which brings me to my next point of why theyre so great, they actually find the issue and fix the issue if possible. Ive been to too many mechanics and dealerships (especially dealerships) that will just say that everything needs to be replaced without even attempting to fix the issue, which causes the price to jump unnecessarily. Being able to find the source of an issue and fix it surgically seems to be a dying art. For example, my parents have a car that was leaking power steering fluid. They took it to another shop in their area to have it fixed. A week later and the issue arises again, they bring it back only to be quoted over $1000 for a rack and pinion replacement. I thought that couldnt be right and instead brought the car to this shop. Same day and $75 later the issue is fixed. They addressed the leak which ended up just being some things that werent tightened properly. I went from almost having to pay over $1000 dollars to only paying $75. This shop is amazing and fair. I could go on and on about my experiences with this shop, but the gist is this shop is amazing. They are a blessing and Im truly grateful to have a mechanic I can trust.
