I wanted to root for these people so bad, but they messed me up twice!! I brought my car in on 6/23/2023 to have my brakes replaced. After the brakes being replaced, there was a burning smell, but I assumed it was the brakes settling in. Two months later, Im back for the drivers side brake to be replaced AGAIN because there was a metal scraping noise coming from the brake. Later that day, the burning smell returned and theres actual SMOKE coming from my drivers side tire. I took my car to the tire shop down the street for an alignment, Im informed my brake hose was never installed. This past Monday, 9/18/2023, a grinding noise and scraping noise occurred and my car would not brake fast enough. I took it to another mechanic who also confirmed the brake hose was not connected. I will not be returning back to Empower Auto. Had my brakes gave out, it wouldve been a more serious issue! And all because the job wasnt done right the first TWO times.
