Hi Sandra, Im sorry you feel that way. Keep in mind you dropped your car off at night and rushed us to fix it because you were stranded from out of town. Resulting in us putting your vehicle before the other 3 cars that were already being repaired. Furthermore I had to drive 2 hours to buy your out of stock Volkswagen parts to get you back on the road the same day. I also gave you the option to save money multiple ways, one of them being by ordering and waiting for the parts to arrive which you refused to do. I offer 3 types of services good, cheap, fast but you can only choose 2. Good and cheap won’t be fastFast and cheap won’t be good Good and fast won’t be cheapYou went with good and fast not to mention I kept you updated on the price of every choice you made before doing so.
