Phil's Excellent Auto Service Inc

I live down the street and they never stop amazing me on how punctual and caring they are when it came to my car. I'm originally from a small town so I rather pick a family owned business than a big corporate company. I couldn't move my car due to it having a faulty starter and flat tire, they came out to my car; inspected and moved it to their shop without extra cost. They finished my car within the same day of me dropping it off. They did a full inspection to tell what also needed to be replaced in the car without any extra cost. The lady at the front desk provided great customer service and is always a pleasure to speak with. Mario and Phil both did an amazing job of getting my car back to me quick. Will be sticking with this business for anything that happens to my car.

I brought my vehicle to them when they opened up, I Called at 2:50 to get in update on my vehicle I asked the lady that answered the phone did she know about what time it would be seen because I brought it this morning she starts talking over me with an attitude like I shouldve called and ask questions. So to avoid getting in an argument with her I hung up. She called me back and asked did I hung up or did the phone disconnect I said no I hung up because I felt like you was being rude talking over me and I only asked a question. And she said ok you can come get your car. And it hasnt been seen or serviced. And this is an inconvenience to me because I couldve took it somewhere else if my car wouldnt be serviced

As a newcomer to Philly that's always lived in small towns, I was nervous about finding a good trustworthy local place to have my vehicle serviced. I reached out on the local Facebook page and Phil's was one of the spots that was recommended most. I needed a PA state inspection and they were able to get me in and out in a day. Phil and the team were welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the communication (via the text service) with updates, and that the repairs that were needed were a very reasonable price. I was back on the road by the end of the day. I certainly will be returning for any future car needs and would enthusiastically recommend Phil's to anyone needing service in the South Philly area!
