        This location is very unprofessional. They have customers standing in line why they stand in groups having personal conversations. Not even acknowledging the customers waiting. The dynamics of customer service is very poor. Not only myself but a few people left out to go across the street to pep boys. Train people to do proper customers service. This is so disappointing.

        I came here with a dead battery that needed to be recharged and had no idea how to remove my battery, the employee and manager helped me by giving me tools to remove the battery charged it for free and helped me reinstall when I had issues on my own. Couldnt be more satisfied with the service!
