        Dont EVER have them replace your windshield! They put tape on the windshield and when I took it off, not only did it take off the clear coat on my car but also the tool that they used to replace the windshield left dents on my car so deep that you can see the metal beneath the paint on my car!!!!!!

        Really didnt want to do this but unprofessional Ive had a leak in my window for about 3 weeks and every time I reach out, theyre saying sorry that they will come one day that day comes and they never come. I text them that day to remind them but they never get back to me highly unprofessional, but they will take your money hopefully this review gets me leak fixed after I done reach out multiple times and nothing

        They were able to come to my house same day to replace my back window and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. Would highly recommend !

      Hello Pam l,We are so sorry to hear your paint is peeling, unfortunately this is not a fault of our business. We use the same tape as every other company that does windshield replacements. This tape is specifically made for cars so the paint doesn’t peel off. We are up front and tell every customer that the tape needs to be on for 24 hours- this is while the glue fully cures so nothing slides. After 24 hours you take the tape off. Again unfortunately if you leave the tape on for too long of time it may be possible this could happen or it could possibly be the paint job you have on your car.Again we are sorry this happened to you. I don’t see any tool dents as you have claimed. We are very careful and do every windshield as if it was our own. We are very thorough and make sure every glass is good to go!

      Hello, we do apologize for your leak yours has been the only one since our company has been open. We are very responsible. The first day you contact us with your issue we where there and we waited for about 45 minutes for you to answer our phone calls and you didn’t call us back until the next day. We put priority on every customer and due to not answer and made us wait we have to put you on not priority until we get an open spot. We will be calling you tomorrow Monday 4-07-2024 to schedule and solve this matter!Thanks
