Awesome work! They know how to bring that smile back when you get your vehicle back! That was before they sold it. Now they don't honor the warranty from Syrena Auto Body Shop. I had work done on my vehicle before, and when they became Crash Champions Collison. The people that worked there left. I just found this out the other day when I had a couple of issues that were their fault! So I went in and they told me that after they took over, there was only a six month period, I never got a notice about this change. I was told the warranty was going to transfer over to this company. They have the photos and some of the work, but now all of them are in the system. Which might be deleted by now. If my vehicle needs work every again, it definitely won't be them ever! My door was worked on, and it has been a full year, and I have rust on the door. Apparently, it wasn't sealed right to prevent that. The pinstripper never looked at the other side of the vehicle. I was happy to get my vehicle after the accident that I recently noticed it. I had a friend look at it, and he took photos to compare each side, and he didn't notice it either. And neither did the Quality Control Manger, did not notice it either. This is how the old customers of Syrena's gets treated and Veterans who trusted them with repairing their vehicles. Now I have to pay out pocket when their work is supposed to be guaranteed. So if you were a Syrena's customer, and had you car repaired during the change over, your screwed!!!
