Atria has been a warm and friendly place for my mother for the past 1.5 years. It has always been a beautiful building, but the staff competence has improved a great deal. Most all of the direct care staff are kind and caring towards the residents. Several go "beyond the call of duty" to form close connections with my mother. There has been some turnover in the administrative staff, but they seem to have an experienced, competent and professional team in place at present. Recently, my mother had been out of the building for 6 weeks due to medical issues. When she returned, the wonderful welcome she received from staff and residents was so warm and sincere. She truly felt like she was "home."

I felt compelled to write this after leaving this beautiful building. I am a Healthcare Professional and my company (Caring Hospice) has been a partner in care with Atria Lafayette Hill since it opened. I partner with many Senior Living communities and this is by far one of my favorites. When you enter the building it is clean and inviting. Each and everytime I am greeted with a genuine, warm welcome. Walking through the building the staff is friendly and interactive with guests, residents and fellow staff. The staff is so helpful in helping our team find what we need in providing exemplary care for our mutual residents. The Management team is top notch and truly are focused on meeting all needs of the residents and their families. Emotional, social and daily living needs are all given careful and well planned approaches. Their goal is clear - to continue to excel at having an environment that is comfortable and free of concern or worry. They are a hands on team that knows choosing to place your loved one in a senior community is not an easy choice. But to choose Atria Lafayette Hill is the right one. - Robyn, R.N.

I toured the property for my parents recently. Everything was spotless. The staff was warm and welcoming. I cant wait to bring them back!
