Saw an ad saying they were hiring months ago, filled out the app, gave it to the receptionist.. I called there to see if they got it, they said no, and when you call there to speak to a person, it rings, and goes to their voicemail. Wonder why they're always hiring and always short staffed, they're very, very unprofessional . They also CANT keep workers either.
S/N they really made up fake reviews to make it seem like ppl arent lying..

Always pleasant quiet and clean. Staff is wonderful and a great help. One of the best nursing homes Ive been at so far. Deer Meadows was the right choice for my spouse. Thank you guys for taking great care of my spouse.

I worked here as a CNA and the building is small but cozy not a lot if traffic in the hallways and the building was clean the staff I worked with was helpful and knew the patients very well. As an agency aide I would definitely consider going staff.

There were 3 excellent workers whose names I'd Forgotten
I have amaloydosis, which causes me to emit violent diarrhea after each mea.
I'm also a fall risk. Therefor, I had to wait for someone (aide or nurse) to assist me to get on the toilet. Very little time needed.
I was ignored after breakfast one morning, and the result was a large diarrhea incident. I was left to lay in my excrement for one hour and a half. This was on purpose as the aide I'd had before refused to answer the call bell, then became incensed with me. She was vindictive and went out of her way to punish me.
Further she was in the same clothes for the whole time I was there with dirty fingernails. Never wore scrubs uniform and a filthy hat.
There physical therapy people were very nice but if you couldn't do one exercise the would end the session and do nothing else and returned to your cell, ad it felt like a prison.
The three people who were excellent. One was a maintenance man who would help any patient and assist the aides or nurses. He was a young man who cared about his fellow worker and the patients.
Another nurse was a thin but strong individual with three small children I learned as she was a very polite; and exuded a deep altruistic work ethic.
Lastly was a silupervisor who was very altruistic, outgoing, and a hard worker who made every effort possible to rectify problems.
Those three (3) people would brighten my day as I knew they would answer my call bell and make every effort to help me.
Oh, also, the people who cleaned the room and emptied the trash were hard working comprehensive , and happy to speak with me.
I was so happy to get out of that place.
