Words can't express how appreciative I am for Area Public Adjustors. I wouldn't recommend anyone file an insurance claim on their own without consulting APA first. Throughout the entire claims process, APAs level of transparency and assurance is the best youll get anywhere. 5 stars isnt enough! They deserve more!

Tom was very professional, he explained everything clearly and took me step by step through the process. Being a first time homeowner and unforeseen circumstances occur it makes you feel uneased and can be scary. However Tom assured me everything would be fine and I would receive a fair amount to fix the damages in my home. This company comes highly recommended.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. I was really stressed about a flood that happened in my basement, and was struggling to catalogue and survey the damage. Not only did they make it seamless for me, their expertise and knowledge meant that they knew what to claim for to get the right settlement for me. While I hope to never be in a position to need a public adjuster again, his card is never going to leave the side of my refrigerator.
