Their appliances look okay . I was just highly upset that like most people they have click bait on social media . There are others ways of getting customers in the door. However they are really nice people.when you go in. And they are pretty reasonable.

I brought a refrigerator from these people, they took my money delivery and the unit broke down in less than 90 days still on warranty and never came to repair the unit. I wouldnt buy anything from them

Washer works great but only issue was balancing the washer so that it wasnt shaking all over the place, informed them of this need and the first time I was told they would come at a certain time but never came, no call no show. Next day same thing happened was told they would come at a certain time but never came. It clearly says on receipt 90 warranty, I called to ask if the service I needed was covered in this policy and they stated YES. But never arrived. They dont stick with what they say!!! I pray nothing serious happens to where as though I would need service. They are not reliable!!!!! Let me say , I would do it my self but I am a woman and flipping over a washer isnt gonna happen, sorry!!!!
