Bought a washer and dryer here back in August. Immediately had problems with leaking and flooding. Ask for a replacement, and that had the same problem. But staff was helpful in replacing my items but the warranty they give out doesn't allow for refunds and the washers they have do not work. Mine literally lasted up the warranty date and now it is not turning back on. Save yourself some time and just get a new one frome Sears

***UPDATE*** I bought a french door stainless steel refrigerator on a refrigerator December 17 2021 Over Christmas weekend the refrigerator broke and I lost over $300 in food. I called Monday to let them know. They came and took my refrigerator for two weeks to fix it. Now again this weekend the refrigerator broke again. I'm trying to reach the owner because the woman answering the phone is telling me I should've called on Friday before I knew the refrigerator was broken to tell her the refrigerator was broken lol. There's a serious language barrier. I want them to replace my refrigerator. And I need the owner and an English speaking person to contact me about a solution to this problem. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Update: For the past week I've been told daily they were sending the repairman to fix the refrigerator. He never shows up. I guess he ran out of rags UPDATE: NOW they want me to wait a week or two to switch refrigerators. They want to give me yet another piece of trash and all I want is my money back. I've lost close to $500 in food now and the repairman with the rag has yet to even try to repair any part or unclog the drain. Still haven't heard from the owner. Please don't spend your money here. They do not care about their customers. Or the losses we take due to the old broken appliances they sell. I think they trash pick these appliances clean them up and sell them to us. They're robbing people of their money. I'm taking loss after loss and Reyes doesn't care
