I've rented from Abbolone & Scullin for the past 2 years in Fairmount and it's been a great experience. Iulia is quick to respond to emails and always gets someone out to us in a timely manner when we have an issue with the house (hot water, filter change, AC issues, etc). She also communicates clearly about specifics with our lease and lease renewal anytime we have questions. Only deducting one star because the handful of maintenance issues we had were fairly inconvenient, but again, they were always fixed as quickly as possible. Responsive and friendly management is one of the most important things I look for when renting, and I always had this positive experience with Iulia and A&S.

I've rented from several property management groups and my time with A&S is by far the most positive rental experience I've had thus far. They're extremely responsive, professional, and most of all compassionate toward their tenants which is a refreshing change from other experiences I've had in the past. Can not recommend Iulia, Mark, and the rest of the team enough!

I rented a property through Abbolone & Scullin for the past 2 years and couldn't recommend them enough. They are wonderful property managers, quick to respond when maintenance requests were placed and their team was always kind and delivered quality work. They made sure the process from moving-in to moving-out was seamless. Truly great people!

We lived in a property managed by Abbollone & Scullin Realty for two years and were extremely pleased with their customer service, attentiveness and follow through. Our washer broke the night before our wedding weekend and Iulia had sent someone out within hours to fix it. We were extremely grateful for how seriously she always took our requests and always commented on how lucky we were to have lived in a rental property with such excellent, robust maintenance services. Highly recommend!
