        Love the apartment and building! Staff are always amenable and maintenance requests/inquiries are handled immediately! Building is constantly cleaned and decorated for the holidays :) !

        I love it! I am new to the area but so far the front desk, management team and maintenance have exceed my expectations! It's nice to see familiar faces (My classmates) and the staff daily. I love the resident events and very convenient to walk to class!! Happy resident!!!

Their professionalism and attention to detail truly set them apart. Special shoutouts to Mimi, Tarah, and Zaria! Their friendly and prompt assistance has made living here an absolute delight. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. I feel fortunate to be part of a community with such a stellar management team.         DON'T RENT this apartment. Management is bad. NOT SAFE. feels like you are living in the middle of street. My bike was stolen and people entered my neighbour's place at 2 am. They said management gave them the master code!! I never regretted renting a place like this. The manager guy doesn't care and he is not responsible for residents' problems. In other word they dont care if you are happy or not. Also their certificate is under peakmade. JUST google it and try to contact them. They wont pickup their phone. looks like an scam!!!
