Trinity Row

Trinity Row was the second Reinhold Residential property I lived in, following the Metropolitanand I was a tenant for 8 years. While property managers changed over time, I always had a consistent, positive experienceparticularly with Joanne. Building/apartment issues were always handled within 24-48 hours (if not sooner) and no task was too small for maintenance to handle. The apartment itself was modern and well maintained and for a smaller unit, I had incredible closet/storage space that is hard to beat. My apartment had a great view into the trees in front of the property and gave it somewhat of a treehouse vibe, which I loved. If it werent for construction in the neighborhood, I may never have moved!

I really enjoyed living in Trinity Row. Great, responsive staff in very nice and reasonably priced apartments. The neighborhood is close to much of Center City Philly, but is still pretty quiet. If I hadn't had to move away from Philly I would have continued to live there. Cheers!

Trinity Row is on a surprisingly quiet street less than a 10 minute walk from everywhere I want to go - Rittenhouse Square, the Art Museum area, and both 30th Street and Suburban Stations. My apartment is a bi-level home, and unlike most loft apartments, I can close the door to the bedroom on the second floor, which is a major plus. The kitchen and appliances are new, and both their style and quality are a step or two above what I saw other places I considered renting. There's nice plank flooring in the living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. The only minor downside for me was getting used to a smaller washer/dryer. It's in the apartment, but I moved from a suburban home with a full-sized one, so it's been a bit of an adjustment.
