Management is very unorganized, I saw mice running around in the hallway one afternoon , they don’t like kids but are pet friendly , you can hear dogs barking loudly every night , when you call for maintenance they take days to come out , also something is wrong with their water pipes it has been plenty of nights I had to take cold showers because they hot water was not working then in the morning the water starts to work again the hot water goes on and off , they don’t accommodate you for nothing, my child fell and hurt his self because a piped bussed on the 4th floor and was leaking badly into my apartment & this is week 2 and I’m still waiting for them to come fix the vent that the water was leaking out of in my first bathroom also they computer room has mold in the air conditioner I actually looked In there myself & it smells really really bad in there.

I called in to inquire and the agent I talked to was kind and helpful. When I came here for an alleged tour of the complex, I was utterly disappointed. As I walked in, a leasing agent different than the one I spoke to over the phone peered around the office door and didn't even introduce herself or welcome me. Instead of a tour of the building, I was simply told 'the apartment is down the hall on the left and down the elevator.' She quickly shut the door and acted like my presence was a hindrance. Furthermore, I found the unit and toured it by myself to find hair on and in the washer and dryer, hair all over the bathroom, and dirt in tub. The refrigerator was missing and a door handle was broken and just laying on the counter. The bathroom was not clean in general and I was grossed out. After seeing enough, I went to the office to voice my concerns and give them a chance to explain as this apt was "ready to move-in" and "available now." However, no one was even there and after waiting for 20 minutes, I simply left. If someone won't put in any energy to sell you on something, they surely won't care about you once you're already sold and moved in. Bad experience and won't be looking here again. And instead of replying to this response, you should invest in your apartments and find leasing staff members that do not have the personality of sandpaper. Thank you.

Great area with lots of nearby convenience stores. The price is great for what you get and that includes in-unit laundry and a gated parking lot, of which I have never had any trouble finding a spot. They keep the place well maintained and clean. The management overall has been good, though if you try to email them, you never get a response. They do answer and are friendly when you call during business hours though. Maintenance support is pretty good and typically will fix issues within a week or so of submitting a request as well. If it is urgent they come much faster. The walls are pretty soundproof so you do not hear your neighbors. I have lived here for 2 years and am only moving to try to get a place closer to my work. Would live here again!

I now own a home but rented here for 9 months. I ended up moving out into another apartment before recently buying a home. My most recent apartment was a nightmare but Ridgeview was great. Never had any problems with neighbors. I was on the lowest level/basement. Super quiet and walls are thick. Never hear your neighbors. Apartments are upgraded nicely and are affordable with a washer and dryer. Great location and the gated parking lot is nice. I can't say enough good things. The ONLY issue is they refuse to give extra keys or swipe cards. This is very annoying for parents with childcare. That needs to be fixed. Also, I left the apartment spotless and they still charged a repainting fee because I wasnt there for a full year. I cleaned that apartment like there was no tomorrow. You could eat off the floors. But still got charged a fee based on the lease. That's not right. Those two negatives aside, Ridgeview is a great place to rent. Maintenance is on point if you have an issue and the building manager is a great guy.
