I loved this place! The management company always gets back to you quickly and they are always willing to work with you to make sure you're comfortable, well informed, and solve any issues promptly! I think it's also important to mention that they really do not bother you at all. I've had some rough landlords and the people I've worked with or spoken to (including Megan, Andrew, and Myndi) have all been wonderful and very helpful. The few small maintenance issues I've had have all been reconciled in a timely manner, (typically that day or the following). My appliances always work, I've had almost no problems with neighbors (the only issue I had was someone being a bit noisy after 10:00pm and I wrote them a little note, they apologized and I've never had an issue since)!! The elevator has had an issue now and then but it is typically resolved in 48-72 hours if not sooner. The only thing about this place is that it may be a bit expensive, but, its in a good location (5 mins or less to Mainstreet in Manayunk, 2 minute walk from Wawa/CVS or Shoprite) has nice appliances and windows, so in my opinion, it is worth the price. So sad to be leaving but hopefully I can rent with MGMT again in the future!
