Note: this is not an optical illusion; these are supposed to be installed flat. Now imagine how much time and energy they spent on the parts that *aren't* visible to everyone.

July 2020: I IGNORED THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND I WAS PUNISHED FOR IT. If you have the time to read this, it will save you a lot of time and money... The apartment still had cleaning equipment inside when we arrived on move in day. 2 hours later we were finally told it was move-in ready which was clearly not the case even at first glance once we arrived. With nowhere else to go, we had to move our belongings into a filthy apartment (mind you this is all during a pandemic, where sanitization is standard practice). We have not unpacked (after 3 days) because it still has not been cleaned (although we were promised cleaners would come back after a second inspection by the property manager, Frank). Today, the third day here, the apartment is finally clean after I used my own cash to pay for a cleaning service. Now finally unpacking. Just dont do it. Update May 2021: Frank got arrested and this place has only gotten worse.

The landlord scammed tenants out of their rent money and then tried to evict them after. This is an ethically corrupt developer, stay away.
