        Moved to Delaire almost 2 years ago and I absolutely love it! The office staff is amazing and always available. You need something fixed in your apt., they are right on it. That is something I wasnt used to at other places I lived.The maintenance crew is great. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. When theres snow, they waste no time clearing the lots. The pool area is awesome. So peaceful and enjoyable. The ladies that work in the clubhouse are great. I can go on and on about this place but Ill stop here. Im just glad Im part of the community.

        Lived in Delaire, in an apartment, for a little over 5 years (2018-2023). Great experience. Lived in a 2 bedroom for 2 years and then downgraded to a 1 bedroom for my remaining time there. The property manager and team were amazing. Quickly handled any small issues we may have had. Going to miss the community, pool, and area. I would highly recommend Delaire Landing to anyone looking to be close enough to downtown Philly, but wanting to keep a quiet residence.

        I lived here from 2015 - 2020. I loved this complex. The apartment was spacious, the maintenance team was responsive, and Kathy in the rental office was always helpful. The neighbors were very nice as well. I also appreciated the location - there were nice views of the Delaware River from the observation deck, and restaurants were just a short walk away.
