Quality Air HVAC came out to my house this morning for a heating system issue, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. Quality Air sent out Keyon and he was super professional, and super friendly. My unit had a very bad problem in which like most customers i was negligent on my maintenance, but he re-assured me it was common and i didnt feel stupid at all after he explained everything. I then called the main office and a young man answered and was super polite. I had to have parts ordered and the distributor took a couple days, but the office people kept me up to date and informed. I am super happy with the overall service and would recommend Quality Air to my friends and family. Thanks guys!!!!! I truly appreciate it!!!

Came out did an estimate, said the job could be done easily, after we paid 125$ estimate fee, they never followed up with my husband, when we called they stated you will hear something soon, 9 days passed, still no update about actually getting the needed repair. Use Stellar HVAC instead, they came and did the work same day for a low price.

Ive been working with this unprofessional company for over a month to fix my central air conditioning. The owner Darren Massey is very ignorant and rude when I called for an already PAID services. His technicians did not understand or know the problem to fix my central air conditioner. Darren Massey got smart with me and told me I can find another company to work with, after my complaint. How unprofessional is that? I wouldnt recommend anyone to this unprofessional company. I already paid for services that never got completed. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
