Gaudenzia Outreach I

The counselors are fantastic but the intake process is the worst, you literally have to be in withdrawal to get seen, I could see why people aren't in a rush to line up to get help, with only 1 or 2 hardworking ladies trying to see everyone is feasible, this comment is not directed at the staff working but the management for having such a system that is grinder down more than overdue break pad.

Go there to get yourself clean from drugs. Great staff. Only can get yourself sober.

For the parents and loved ones of new residents: All of the people I came into contact with today who work at the Spring Garden Gaudenzia location are extremely professional, kind and compassionate. They were super busy when I arrived to drop off clothes and a money order but you wouldnt guess it by their demeanor. If you have a loved one there, they are in good hands.
