FIND SOMEWHERE ELES!!! If you don't have state insurance. My opinion has changed. 2 years ago I would have rated this place 5 stars. I needed a new clinic asap they were able to get me in within 3 days. That was Awesome! but since the whole practice has switched. Only 1 caring nurse practitioner remains (Flora) the other left. (Ellen) Replaced by an arrogant doctor who does not care and becomes very irritated if you call the nurse practitioner a doctor because ONLY he is the doctor. The last time I had to see him he wanted to do my appointment in the 2nd waiting room. Saying he only had a minute. Until I said I am NOT ok. I want to use. The time before that I got a fist bump on my way out. Why?? I'm a 42 yr.old woman. I'm not a kid and anyways this is unprofessional. Again Why?? And then sometimes your dose needs to be adjusted and it took months of me complaining & physically feeling sick. Not till I had a full on meltdown did they send me to their counselor ONCE! I finally got it upped temporarily by 4 mg. I was supposed to see this counselor again but never have. The staff is really nice but never stays the same. My other issue is the company itself. It's March 2024 & I'm still arguing over bills from last October 2023. My co pay is $25 not a big deal. I've stayed clean so I only go every 28 days. I can't pay the day I go I have to wait till the next time. Then I pay in the office but the company says I didn't. I have payed for this October visit 3 times ($75) I'm Angry & Frustrated! I email the receipt to them & they say condensendinly oh no Ms. Byrne that's not the right one & treat me like another lying junkie. I'm tired of arguing with the billing people & just pay it again. I should not have to keep receipts from last year. I've blocked their text because I'm annoyed but I still get their emails. It's not the first time this has happened it's like the 3rd. Where I pay in the office but main system doesn't note it I guess. I don't know. The only reason I stay is because I don't want to start over somewhere else and have to go back to going weekly then bi-weekly for months till they see I'm not using & let me come monthly & I really like Flora. She's In sweetheart! She's always treats me as an equal and listens when I'm having a problem even if it's longer then my allotted 15 minutes. My main issue is the billing I used to be able to pay the day I went & everything was fine. FIX your billing system & hire another caring nurse practitioner.

They simply are only about the money they make off us. Ive never failed a screening. Been on suboxone for 7 years and they dont hear what we have to say. I had a temp of 101 and they didnt ask if I was ok. They simply said, well you have to come in anyway, put a mask on and just be here for a random with no care that I may feel worse when I take the subway. I have did everything they have asked in the years Ive been going here. There is no empathy when my pops was dying and I had to go to NC to see him one last time. Oh did I mention its in the worst area and the biggest open air drug market in the country. They have shown me time and time again that its all about them making money.

I had appointment today for the new sub shot this would be my third week getting It and doctor flora refused to give me the shot without telling me why so now I'm at risk of relapsing because she doesn't want to do her job then why does she work here I been in the program for 3 years now and I have to fight to get the shot so I can get off of them now I feel like going to get high where is the help

Absolutely horrible service..Doctors don't send scripts over when they say they are...They don't work with your schedule and makes it impossible to reschedule....Just absolutely horrible experience and looking to switch places asap...Not professional at all and don't put patients needs first...I would go anywhere but here if your looking to go on suboxone.
