My loved one was treated very poorly at the South Philadelphia location. Albert was very manipulative and very disrespectful. He came for help was told he was going to relapse regardless of what he did. Thankfully my loved one is strong enough to not let him put that seed of doubt in his head. This place only cares about the money they are getting and not about the patient. Please find a better place if you need help!

Staff here is amazing. Every single one of them care about the people that come through and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and you learn what you need to turn your life around. Albert carries a great message and is a very caring person.

Holistix has become a home to me. For a long time many addicts feel lost, without purpose, and full of despair. Holistix offers support to not only combat these feelings but give someone the tools to turn their life around. Through using the 12 steps combined with therapeutic treatment they are changing many lives for those that WANT it. Unfortunately some either can not or are not ready to hear the truth. Holistix offers a therapeutic family group open for all to attend so they see both sides of this disease. The addict/alcoholic is a sick person. Once the family realizes this, they too can recover. The real hope is that the whole family recovers from the damage this disease has done. Then and only then can they actually support the family members recovery and stop supporting their disease

In regards to the post below I happened to have been there for the situation Mr. Dagigh is speaking of and I feel the need to let people know that what he's accusing Albert of is completely false. The woman he's referring to is his mother and he feels the need to come online and defend her, when in reality all that really happened was she was intoxicated in a sober living facility and started causing a scene and called the police when they asked her to leave the property. I don't appreciate when someone falsely attacks another person's character publicly so I just have to say that Albert has always been there as a role model and a mentor for us holistix clients. He's always been a phone call away whenever anyone needs help and the fact that someone would suggest that he would only help a girl based on the way she looks is an absolute joke.
