        People should not come to this place to file taxes, file personal taxes for 1 person and get $140. When the declaration was wrong and she was not responsible, she filed a tax return named Kim. People should not come to this place.

        First let me start off by saying that this is by far the WORST experience i have ever had. The female staff at this location were RUDE and unprofessional. My filing was done incorrectly and i ran into an issue which i needed help with. They take your money the day you file and you're on your own after that. After 2 weeks of trying to get in contact with Ted ( person in charge), he HUNG up on me after we had a conversation about what happened at his office when he was not present. How RUDE and unprofessional!! Im so upset that i chose this place because i got recommended by my company.. save the money and hassle, GO SOMEWHERE else!!
